How to subscribe?
For all packages
Click on the 'Package' icon on the home screen
 
Select your preferred package
 
Click on 'Get Package'
 
Click 'Continue'
Select payment
 
Payment successfully
 
Package is ready to use
 
How to top-up BTS trip
with Rabbit Card?
To top up BTS trip with Rabbit Card, members must present the QR Code on the coupon to BTS the ticket office at the BTS skytrain station.
Go to my package, Select a BTS Trip coupon and click 'Use'
 
Read the details and click 'Use Coupon'
 
Select the card for trips topped up and click 'confirm'
 
Click 'Use now'
to Top-up trip and present the QR Code to the BTS ticket office.
 
How to top-up BTS trip
with LINE Pay?
To top up BTS trip with Rabbit Card that is bound to LINE Pay account, members can top up through the Rabbit Rewards application.
Go to my package, Select a BTS Trip coupon and click 'Use'
 
Read the details and click 'Use Coupon'
 
Select the card for trips topped up and click 'confirm'
 
Top-up trip successfully
Trips are successfully topped up to your Binding Rabbit Card (LINE PAY). You can check your pass in the LINE application
 
How to bind your Rabbit Card?
Select My 'Information'
 
Choose 'My Rabbit Card'
 
click on 'Add'
 
Enter the 13-digit Rabbit card ID
Verify the details after clicking 'Add Rabbit Card'
 
How to bind your
LINE Pay account?
Open LINE application, Select WALLET
 
Select the icon for RABBIT REWARDS
 
Select ALLOW
LOG IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT if you don't have a Rabbit Rewards account, select Register
Select ACCEPT
 
THE ACCOUNT BINDING COMPLETE Check the accumulated points in the Rabbit Rewards application
 
How to use your coupons?
Click on 'Package' and select 'My Subscription'
 
The coupon will display the terms and conditions of the package. If you want to use it, click 'Use Now'
 
Click on 'Use'
 
Show the QR code to the staff to receive the discount!
