A:
  • The BTS 30-day trip pass was a promotion that ended on the 30th of September 2021.
  • BTS launched a replacement promotion offering free trips and cool privileges via the Rabbit Rewards loyalty programme.

Q: What will be the last valid date for trips purchased during periods impacted by COVID-19?
A:
  • Passengers who hold Rabbit Cards with trip expirations dates ranging between 18th April – 31st May 2021, may contact any station’s ticket office between the 1st June – 31st December 2021 to extend and add trips. After the trips’ dates are extended, the trips remain valid for 30 days from the initial date of use.
  • Passengers who bound their Rabbit Card with Rabbit LINE Pay, with trips expiring between the 18th April – 31st May 2021, can receive a coupon for the value of the remaining trips. The coupon can be used as a discount for purchasing 30-Day trip passes until 30th September 2021.
  • Passengers not wishing to use the coupon as a discount for the purchase of a 30-Day trip pass within 30th September 2021 will be compensated with a new coupon. More information will be provided via the Rabbit LINE Pay Facebook page and Official LINE account within October 15th, 2021.
 
Q: Can passengers who purchased 30- Day Trip passes continue using their passes after the promotion is discontinued?
A: Customers who purchase 30-Day trip passes within the 30th September 2021 are able to use their trips according to the original conditions, including:
  • The first trip must be used within 45 days of the date of purchase.
  • All trips must be used within 30 days from the date of the first trip.
  • The Rabbit Rewards one point per ride promotion will be discontinued on the 1st of November 2021, and will be replaced with a new promotion.
 
Q: Can passengers register as Rabbit Rewards members before the 1st of November 2021?
A: Yes, passengers may register as a Rabbit Rewards members by binding their Rabbit Card and/or Rabbit LINE Pay via the followings channels:

Q: How can I earn points on BTS?
A: ● Using your Rabbit Card, or Rabbit LINE Pay, travel on the BTS for a ride that includes 5 stations or more within an area defined by and including:
  • On Sukhumvit Line - Mo Chit to On Nut.
  • On the Silom line from National Stadium to Saphan Taksin
You can, for example, enter at Ratchadamri station and exit at Surasak station.
● The promotion is available for all Adult and Student Rabbit Cards registered with the Rabbit Rewards program.
● Bonus trip points will be aggregated and calculated weekly, from Monday 3:00 AM to the following Monday 2:59 AM.
● As long as you have accumulated at least 4 trips during the period, you will earn no less than 150 points. Your points will be added to your Rabbit Rewards account automatically on the following Wednesday.
● You can check your points status on the BTS Challenge Menu screens of the Rabbit Rewards app.
 
Q: When will I get points?
A:
  • Points for all the Rabbit Cards registered to any Rabbit Rewards account will be accumulated weekly, starting from Monday 3:00 AM to Monday 2:59 AM the following week.
  • These points will then be added to the account on the following Wednesday.
  • Adult and Student Rabbit Cards follow the same process for accumulating points.
  • You can check your points balance on the BTS Challenge screens of the Rabbit Rewards application.
 
Q: How many points can I earn by travelling on the BTS?
A:
  • You can earn up to 800 points per week, per Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay account.
  • You can have up to 5 Rabbit Cards, and 1 Rabbit LINE Pay account, registered to a single Rabbit Rewards account.
  • Points are accumulated weekly by each card used to travel on the BTS:
  • 4 trips receive 150 points
  • 5 trips receive 200 points
  • 6 trips receive 250 points
  • 7 trips receive 300 points
  • 8 trips receive 400 points
  • 9 trips receive 500 points
  • 10 trips receive 600 points
  • 11 trips receive 700 points
  • 12 trips and above receive 800 points
 
Q: How many points do I need to redeem to get BTS trip coupons on the Rabbit Rewards application?
A: ● With a Rabbit Student Card:
  • Redeem 200 points for 1 trip
  • Redeem 450 points for 3 trips
  • Redeem 750 points for 5 trips
  • Redeem 1500 points for 10 trips
● With a Rabbit Adult Card
  • Redeem 250 points for 1 trip
  • Redeem 600 points for 3 trips
  • Redeem 1000 points for 5 trips

● Student coupons can only be redeemed from a Rabbit Rewards account registered with a student card and can only be added to a student card.
● BTS trips coupon can only be redeemed by using the Rabbit Rewards application.
 
Q: If my Rabbit Rewards account mixes a few card types how can I redeem student BTS trip coupons?
A:
  • Rabbit Rewards accounts with multiple card types e.g. Senior, Adult, etc. can only redeem BTS trip coupons at the regular rate.
  • Student rate BTS trip coupons are available only on Rabbit Rewards accounts registered exclusively with Student Cards.
 
Q: What stations are available for travel using trips redeemed using coupons from Rabbit Rewards?
A:
  • BTS trip coupons redeemed on Rabbit Rewards can be used for free travel between any of the original 24 stations, excluding Wongwian Yai and Krung Thon Buri stations.
  • Passengers entering or exiting their trip on the Sukhumvit Line Extension and Silom Line Extensions, at any of the following stations, will be billed an additional flat fee of 10 or 15 Baht per trip (depending on the type of ticket or pass they’re using) - Bang Chak, Punnawithi, Udom Suk, Bang na, Bearing, Samrong, Pu Chao, Chang Erawan, Royal Thai Naval Academy, Pak Nam, Srinagarindra, Phraek Sa, Sai Luat, Kheha, Ha Yaek Lat Phrao, Phahon Yothin 24, Ratchayothin, Sena Nikhom and Kasetsart University Stations or Silom Line Extension between Pho Nimit, Talat Phlu, Wutthakat and Bang Wa.
 
Q: Why does BTS offer coupon packages of 1, 3, 5, and 10 trips?
A: The coupon trip packages are designed to match passenger’s travel patterns, and to provide greater convenience for frequent passengers.
 
Q: Why are there different redemption rates for a single BTS trip coupon, and more?
A: Passengers can choose to redeem BTS trip coupons based on their travel patterns. The more trips redeemed, the lower the point cost per trip.
 
Q: Why can’t I top-up my trips?
A:
  • You can top-up BTS trip coupons to your Rabbit Card one at a time.
  • At least one trip from the coupon must be used before a second BTS trip coupon can be added to your Rabbit Card.
  • No more than 2 coupons can be added to any Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay account.
  • If none of the rides from a previous BTS coupon added to your Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay account have been used, you won’t be able to add a new BTS travel coupon.

Q: Why can’t I redeem BTS trip coupons on my Rabbit LINE Pay account?
A:
  • Please check if the card is correctly registered to Rabbit LINE Pay on the Rabbit LINE Pay screens of your Line application.
  • BTS trip coupons can be added to Rabbit Cards one at a time. At least one trip from the coupon must be used before another BTS trip coupon can be added to the Rabbit Card.
  • No more than 2 coupons can be added to any single Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay account.
  • If no rides from a BTS coupon added to a Rabbit Card or Rabbit LINE Pay account have been used, it will not be possible to add another trip coupon.
 
Q: Why are Wongwian Yai and Krung Thon Buri not included in the point calculation?
A: These are extension stations not covered by this promotion.
 
Q: How can I check if my Rabbit Card is registered on the Rabbit Rewards program?
A: You can check / add / delete cards from your account via the profile screens of the www.rabbitrewards.co.th website or Rabbit Rewards app.
 
Q: Where can I top-up my BTS trips coupon to my Rabbit Card or RLP account?
A:
  • Top-up BTS trips to your Rabbit Card at any BTS ticket office, by displaying a valid BTS trips coupon on your Rabbit Rewards app.
  • Passengers using Rabbit LINE Pay can redeem BTS trip coupons using the Rabbit Rewards application. The trips will be automatically added to the Rabbit LINE Pay account. A: BTS trips coupon redemptions cannot be cancelled once the redemption is completed.
 
Q: How long does the BTS trip coupon last?
A: BTS trip coupons are available for 72 hours after they’re redeemed on the Rabbit Rewards app.
  • When topping up a Rabbit Card at the BTS ticket office, the redeem coupon will be available for 10 minutes from the moment the Use button is tapped.
  • For Rabbit LINE Pay users, trips are added to the Rabbit LINE Pay account automatically.
 
Q: How long will the promotion trips be valid for?
A: The first trip must be used within 45 days of redeeming the coupon, and all trips must be completed within 30 days from the first one.
 
Q: Why does the ticket price at the ticket office show as 29 thb when I top-up the BTS trip coupon?
A: The ticket price displayed at the BTS ticket office is a promotional price and not the actual trip cost.
