Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw Activity: “Buy XTREME SAVINGS Package, Win Gold; The More You Buy, The More Chances You Have” (“Activity”)
- Activity’s period: 1 - 31 October 2024.
- This Activity is organized by Rabbit Rewards Company Limited (the “Company") for Rabbit Rewards Members who purchase membership subscription packages (e.g., subscription packages for adult and student types containing BTS Skytrain trips and MRT yellow line trips) through the Rabbit Rewards Platform during the Activity’s period only (“Participants”). All membership subscription packages (“Packages”) purchased by Participants under this Activity shall not be in the process of order cancellation or package refund.
- Participants who fully comply with the Activity’s terms and conditions shall receive the following number of lucky draw tickets:
(1) Packages consisting of 30 trips or more will receive 3 tickets;
(2) Packages consisting of 20 to 29 trips will receive 2 tickets; and
(3) Packages consisting of 10 to 19 trips will receive 1 ticket.
- There is no limited number of eligible Packages purchased by Participants under this Activity and Participants can receive the corresponding number of tickets as specified above without any limit throughout the Activity’s period.
- articipants who fully comply with Activity’s terms and conditions are eligible to win the following prizes: 2 prizes of 25-satang gold, each valued at THB 10,515 and 5 dining vouchers for two persons at EASTIN GRAND PHAYATHAI, each valued at THB 2,100.
- The total value of the prizes under this Activity is THB 31,530 ("the Prizes").
- The lucky draw process will take place at the office of Rabbit Rewards Company Limited on 15 November 2024.
The winners who won the Prizes will be announced on 19 November 2024 via Rabbit Rewards’s official website and Facebook page.
- The winners acknowledge and agree that the Company and/or the Company's representatives may use their names, images or texts in the Company’s advertising media under the purpose of this Activity.
- The Prizes are non-transferable to others and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Staff of Rabbit Rewards Company Limited, its affiliates, and their family members, are not eligible to participate in this Activity or receive any Prizes.
- The winners of the Prizes must collect their Prizes in person during business hours within 30 days from the date the winners are announced (within 21 November 2024) only.
- The winner of a Prize valued at more than THB 1,000 must pay a 5% withholding tax on the Prize value to the Company and provide evidence of such payment according to the procedures and methods determined and notified to winners by the Company. In the event that the winner fails to complete the payment, makes an incorrect payment, or makes an incomplete payment, the winner shall not be eligible to receive the Prize under this Activity. In this case, the Company will proceed to procure a substitute, as the Company deems appropriate.
- Participants must have their name and surname in the Company’s system and have the same name as their ID card. If the information is incomplete or the name and surname of the Participant does not match the official document, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Prize and give the right to other Participants and/or a substitute instead.
- The winners who won the Prizes must come to pick up a prize at Rabbit Rewards Company Limited on date and time as specified by the Company.
- The judgment of the committee under this Activity is definitive and final.
