Passenger Assistance Measures for Expired and Deducted Trips PM 2.5 Reduction Policy Effective from January 25 - 31, 2025
You can claim your reinstated trips between Feb 13 - Mar 14, 2025
Expired trips will be reinstated according to the following schedule
Trip Reinstatement Process for Passengers Who Topped Up Trips on Their Rabbit Card Bind with LINE Pay or Rabbit Wallet
1. Open Rabbit Rewards app. Goto My Coupon 2. Select a travel coupon and tab to redeem 3. Tab to top up trips via LINE Pay or Rabbit Wallet to activate
Remark :
  • Members who have linked their Rabbit Card to LINE Pay or Rabbit Wallet and had their BTS trip(s) deducted between 25 - 31 January 2025, or had their BTS trip(s) expire between 25 January - 22 February 2025, will automatically receive new BTS trip coupon(s) as a replacement through their Rabbit Rewards Account within the designated period.
  • Members can check their issued BTS trip coupon(s) in the Rabbit Rewards application > 'My Coupon' section.
  • BTS trip coupon(s) will be valid for 30 days from the issue date.
  • Members must use their first BTS trip within 45 days. Any remaining BTS trip(s) will be valid for 30 days from the first usage date. (Unused BTS trips after this period will be automatically canceled.)
In case of account unlinking or changes:
If the Member unlinks their Rabbit Card from LINE Pay or Rabbit Wallet, or makes any changes that prevent them from receiving new BTS trip coupon(s), please contact Rabbit Rewards Customer Service at:

BTS Trip Coupon Usage Conditions:
  • Each Rabbit Card linked to LINE Pay or Rabbit Wallet can add up to 2 Free Trip Coupons. The conditions for topping up trips are as follows:
    • First coupon – Can be added to the Rabbit Card without any conditions.
    • Second coupon – Can be added when at least 1 free trip from the first coupon has been used. (For example, if the first coupon contains 35 trips, the Member must use at least one trip before adding the second coupon.)
    • Third coupon – Can be added only after fully using all trips from the first coupon.
  • Free trips added to the Rabbit Card and/or LINE Pay account and/or Rabbit Wallet will be available for use on the next ride.
Trip Reinstatement Process for passengers for passengers who topped up trips on their Rabbit Card
1. Customers will receive a notification about their eligibility to claim reinstated trips via LINE, Email, or SMS from Rabbit Rewards 2. Present the eligibility notification message and your Rabbit Card with deducted or expired trips to verify and claim your entitlement. 3. You can claim your reinstated trips at BTS Green Line ticket offices at all main stations.
Remark :
  • Members who have linked their Rabbit Card to their Rabbit Rewards Account and had their BTS trip(s) deducted between 25 - 31 January 2025, or had their BTS trip(s) expire between 25 January - 22 February 2025, will be able to receive new BTS trip coupon(s) as a replacement after receiving a notification via LINE, email, or SMS within the specified period.
  • Members must present the notification message along with their Rabbit Card, which had the deducted or expired BTS trips, to staff at ticket offices located in all BTS Core Green Line stations within 30 days from the date of receiving the notification.
  • Members must use their first BTS trip within 45 days. Any remaining BTS trip(s) will be valid for 30 days from the first usage date. (Unused BTS trips after this period will be automatically canceled.)
