How to earn RABBIT POINT. Every trip is valuable - 1 Station = 1 Point* Receive maximum 8 points/trip | Receive doubl point x2. When travelling at least 4 trips/ week*. Points will be credited every Wednesday of the following week.
  • *This Rabbit Point Program is effective from 1 April 2024 until 31 March 2025 and the program period shall be extended until 31 March 2026 unless Rabbit Rewards Company Limited ('Rabbit Rewards') announces any amendments or modifications to the terms of earning points from the Rabbit Point Program.
  • *Rabbit Rewards members are entitled to receive 1 Rabbit Point per station (excluding the first station; for example, if traveling 3 stations, you will receive 2 Rabbit Points), limited to journeys on the specified Sukhumvit line (from Mo Chit Station to On Nut Station only) and/or specified Silom line (from National Stadium Station to Saphan Taksin Station only)
  • *The collection of number of trips per week will start from 03:00 a.m. every Monday and end at 02:59 a.m. on the following Monday.The total points including points x2 (if any) under the specified program conditions will be aggregated and calculated weekly, with points added to members' accounts every Wednesday of the following week.

  • *Rabbit Rewards Members can earn Points by using their Rabbit Cards linked to their Rabbit Rewards Accounts for any purchases. Rabbit Rewards Members are entitled to receive 1 Point for every 20 THB spent at specified merchant stores participating in our campaigns.
  • *TURTLE Shop’s customers who are also Rabbit Rewards Members and purchase items at any TURTLE Shop stores are entitled to receive 1 Point for every 20 THB spent by informing the staff of their Rabbit Rewards Member’s registered phone number or Rabbit Rewards Account. Additionally, Rabbit Rewards Members may earn extra Points as per the conditions when using the Rabbit Card as a payment method, as detailed above.

  • *Each free trip has a maximum value of 47 Baht and can only be used for travel on the designated Sukhumvit line(from Mo Chit Station to On Nut Station) and/or the designated Silom line (from National Stadium Station to Wongwian Yai Station), totaling 26 stations.
  • *Redeeming Points for BTS Skytrain free trip coupon shall be eligible for Members who have linked their Rabbit Card and/or LINE Pay account and/or Rabbit Wallet with their Rabbit Rewards Member Account. Members must redeem Rabbit Points through the Rabbit Rewards Application only. I The terms and conditions for redeeming TS Skytrain free trip coupon shall be designated by Rabbit Rewards.
  • *The terms and conditions for redeeming free trips are subject to Rabbit Rewards' regulations.

How to redeem BTS Trip 1. Select BTS coupon, press 'Confirm redeem' 2. Congratulations! Your BTS coupon is now available in your account. 3. You can find the coupon in 'My Wallet' menu. Click on 'Use Coupon' 4. Show the QR code to the staff at the ticket office to redeem your BTS coupon. | How to top up BTS Trip with LINE Pay 1. Select BTS coupon, press 'Confirm redeem' 2. BTS Trip will be automatically added to your LINE Pay card. 3.Open the application with LINE to log into your LINE Pay account and press 'My pass' menu. You can use now.
